ABOUT ME //

Hello!

I’m an aspiring game designer currently studying at the University of Utah. My love for games started when I was young, when I got my first console—a Wii—and has only grown since. I’ve always been drawn to games with great storytelling and creative, challenging mechanics—ones that evoke a variety of real emotions.

I believe that games are a powerful medium, capable of evoking these deep emotions—joy, frustration, sadness—while also being able to fulfill a vast variety of roles to players; bringing people together and providing a space to relax, compete, and push ourselves. Gaming is an art form, and I want to create experiences that resonate with players, just as games have resonated with me.

Originally from California, I’m the second oldest of six siblings. Though naturally reserved, I enjoy meeting new people and exchanging ideas. Beyond gaming, I enjoy creative hobbies such as art, cooking, and video editing.

I have also been dedicating lots of time to learning Japanese, which I have greatly enjoyed, with the hopes of eventually working in Japan in the future, and using my language experience practically in the workplace.

Thank you for visiting my site and taking the time to learn about my work!
